Tustin/Santa Ana ditches?
|
|
|
|

Anybody know of any great ditches or other skateables in this area. I have spent most of my week on google earth, but have found nothing too good. It doesn't have to be in Santa Ana or Tustin either, just somewhat close (like Newport or Huntingtun).

Down the 5 you'll find little ditches here and there, but you'll like the Woodbridge Ditch for sure. East on Culver, South on Yale Loop. Then look tell you find the bike bridge over the 5 freeway on the right, stand on ithe bridge and look south. Your there. Big ditch with an angled tranny.
Let me know how it goes.

Sorry, I'm really bad with directions. Do you know any major landsmarks or buisinesses next to the woodbridge ditch?
Is It the bike bridge right next to the school or the one next to the empty lot?

No worries about the directions
This one was my mistake. Its ben 2 years and 15 years before that sence I've riden this ditch, This ditch is a good stop, a staple for any SoCal roadtrip. This Ditch went for a football feild or so more the other direction and emptied into aan 8 foot full pioe. That porsion was covered and confused the hell out of me when I was lookin for it last. These are the directions, no doubt therr correct this time. Enjoy
405 South of the 5 to Culver. Get off and go East, away from the Ocean. Take a right on Main. Take right on West Yale Loop. Take right on Yale Ave, Go to bike bridge, look South or left off the bike bridge. Vere eyes down and No Question Your There. Enjoy
One thing about these sites, don't trip, but theres to many ditches being horted fore one reson or another. I'm beleivin these cement water traps need to be riddin tell there cracked up and goon, If you find something, pass it on.....

Thanks for the directions, I had no problem finding the ditch on google. Now I just need to go there.
If I find anything else, I'll pass it on for sure... Speaking of which I rode a ditch right next to Beckmen High school. It's the big one on Bryan, there is a bike path and stuff so you shouldn't have any trouble getting in. You should definately ride really early in the morning or at night because people get all pissy about it.
