Did the drive by this morning... looks like there are gonna level the whole place. New tubes & still tons of cops with the typical "YOU WILL BE ARRESTED" sign. I don't know what the big deal with skating the ditch is, people have been doing it for 30 something years. The liability thing is a big cop out, the law that allowed Cali to build the skateparks limits people's ability to sue based on the fact that skateboarding was classified as a dangerous activity. With no ability to sue what is the problem? Are they worried about damage to something that hasn't been badly damaged by skateboarders in over 30 years? Seems like they just hate skateboarders and want to keep them all corralled at the skatepark.        Report

Hey that ditch sucked ass if there was nothing better to do we'd go there and it was always a bust there was a good 8 foot halfpipe though in that neighborhood  with the lake though. Swamp lands another near by bust is still around and way better. Another way better nearby ditch is salk ditch still behind magnolia high buried under dirt.    Report
